Tasting Notes

The wine is a dark ruby red in colour. Plavac Mediterano has all the richness of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum jam well combined warmness of vanilla, from maturing in oak barrels, in fragrance, slightly dry and tannin flavour with a strong and rich body. Plavac Mediterano is vigorous and seductive, invoking the Mediterranean in every drop of the bottle.

Perfect with roasted or grilled red meat dishes such as lamb or beef, hard cheese, fish.
