The Kabola Muškat 2016 is a Vrhunsko Supreme quality wine produced from the indigenous green Muškat Momjanski grapes. Its colour varies from straw-yellow to golden. The wine is highly aromatic, dominated by intense fruity-flowery notes of fresh fruit, such as peach wine or orange, followed by elegant notes of white rose, and there are also notes of sage and honey with a touch of minerality. The wine has a medium body with a harmonious flavour that is elegant and delicate. Serving temperature: 12°C.
Perfect as an aperitif or with fruit based deserts and puddings e.g. apple Florentine (recipe available on request), Christmas pudding, and French style patisseries, especially with a few strawberries. Works well with blue type cheeses.
