Tasting Notes

Pošip Testament is a wine of glittering, straw-gold color, long and dense, leaving a thick trace in the glass. With a scent of apple, pear, chamomile flower and dalmatian karst aromatic herbs.  The flavor is complex and rich with a full, fresh and delicious ending. Because of moderate acids, it suits perfectly to all fish, shells and white meat dishes. Best served when it is at 12-14 ° C.
