Tasting Notes
The wine gives off aromas of red fruits with violet and floral tones. In the mouth the wine is fresh, with some minerality behind a grapefruit-raspberry and cherry taste.
Serve at a temperature of 8°C – 10°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, or simply enjoyed on it’s own. Pairs well with cold meat salads or with red fruits. Try with marinated raw fish, Istrian prosciutto or fried anchovies.
