Testament Opolo Rose 2021

Babić is a local Dalmatian red grape variety, originating from the UNESCO protected Bucavac vineyard 10km from the Testament winery. The Babić grapes are now grown at Testament winery’s 47 hectare organic vineyard located on hills facing the Adriatic Sea. Testament Opolo is an elegant and refreshing rosé wine intended for drinking during summer days. The scent is of vineyard-grown peaches and wild flowers. The taste, scent, fullness and freshness are in great balance. Best served at 10°C.
